Dr. Thomas F. Tumblin is professor of leadership and dean of the Beeson International Center at Asbury Seminary.
He received a B.A. from Asbury College, 1980; a M.Div. from Asbury Theological Seminary, 1984; and a M.A. (1989) and Ph.D. (1997) from the University of Michigan.
His professional associations include the Academy of Religious Leadership editorial board, the International Leadership Association, Spiritual Leadership Inc., and the United Methodist Publishing House.
Dr. Tumblin is an elder in the West Ohio Conference of the United Methodist Church and is a former staff member of Ginghamsburg United Methodist Church. He served as a General Conference delegate in 2004 and 2008.
Dr. Tumblin and his wife, Yvonne, live in Nicholasville, Ky and enjoy three daughters.
